Apply In-Person:

1. Registration for Levy Contributor is done at Ministry of Trade and Industry. Location link of the ministry is contact link
2. Applicant has to get the form for register in the respective office.
3. Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
4. Applicant must make sure to carry documents that are listed under “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
5. Applicant has to submit the form with the required documents to the respective authority.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.
7. If all the procedures mentioned above are followed properly, applicant can get their permit within a week.
