1. Payment can be done at the National Bank of Ethiopia contact link
2. Customer has to take their water and sewage bill invoice to their respective banks (Check whether the bank is offering bill payment services).
3. The customer has to pay the respective amount as mentioned in their bill invoice at the cash counter of the bank.
4. The cashier receives the amount, deposits the required amount to the particular account and then gives a receipt of payment.
5. The process will be over within a day.
   

• Pay at water supplying agencies
  

1. Customers can also pay their water and sewage bills at their respective water supplying agencies.
2. Customers have to provide their bill invoice or customer number for further payment processes.
3. The water supplying agent tells the customer to pay a respective amount for the procedure to be done.
4. The customer has to pay the respective amount as requested by the agent.
5. The agent pays the bill and gives a receipt of payment to the customer.

Paying water and sewage bills regularly can help the consumer to get uninterrupted water supply for an individual or a corporate.

• If there is no trash collection at a house when an individual takes over, they can ask a domestic staff or neighbors for knowing options on how to collect trash in the neighborhood.
• The individual must choose an official service over unofficial ones.
