Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain for my NSSF Statement, the applicant has to approach in Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Ethiopia contact link
2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office.
3. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
4. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies along with application form.
6. Submit the application form to the relevant office.
7. The fee is free for this procedure.
8. After the document verification is done the authority will issue the license within a day.
9. The applicant is intimated to collect the license once it is ready by receiving SMS or E- mail.
