Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for obtaining a Public Service Vehicle (PSV) is available in the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority location link
2. Applicant has to get the form from the respective office.
3. Applicant should fill-in all the necessary details in application form provided by the ministry.
4. Applicant should make sure to carry all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
5. Submit the application form and required documents to the authorized officer in the centre.
6. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, applicant can get their license within the stipulated period of time.

• Processing fee for PSV license is 625birr.
  

The PSV license is valid for 2years from the date of issue.
