Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain a land rent clearance certificate, applicant has to approach the Ministry of Urban Development and Construction contact link
2. Applicant has to get the form from the respective office.
3. Applicant must fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
4. Applicant must carry related documents that are necessary for the process to complete.
5. Documents that are necessary for the process to complete are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. The applicant has to attach the necessary documents along with the application form before submitting.
7. The designated authority will review the submitted application.
8. This procedure does not require any fee.
9. If all the procedures mentioned above are followed properly, the applicant can get their certificate within stipulated processing of time.
