1. To Obtain Wholesale Permit or License for Cosmetics, the applicant has to approach Food, Medicine and Health Care Administration and Control Authority (FMHACA) link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the respective officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application are not accepted).
4. Make sure the applicant has all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form.
6. Submit the application form to the respective officer.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as per the authority request.
8. After payment was is done, the authority will issue the hardcopy of license within 30-45 days.

• Duly filled and signed application form
• Certificate of free sale, marketing authorization letter
• A self-declaration that there are no changes in earlier shred information
• NOC from Pollution Control Board
• Plan the layout of the premises
• Rent agreement in case of rented premises

• Fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority request.

• Validity of the license is for one year.

• Toilet soaps
