Apply In-Person:

1. Application for Obtaining a Radioactive Materials Disposal Licence is available on the Radiation Protection Authority in Ethiopia contact link
2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office.
3. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
4. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting the application form.
6. Fee for this procedure is given the “Fees” section of this procedure.
7. After the verification/ validation of document is done, the board will issue the license within one day.

No person is allowed to dispose radioactive materials unless he/she is in possession of a valid license issued by the Radiation Protection Board.
