Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain Pharmacist License, the applicant has to visit Ministry of Health in Ethiopia contact link
2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office.
3. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
4. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant should attach the photocopies along with the application form.
6. Submit the application form and required documents to the relevant authority.
7. Fee for this procedure is given the “Fees” section of this procedure.
8. After the verification/ validation of document is done, the board will issue the license within one month.
