Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain for a Milk Mini Dairy/Dispenser License, the applicant has to approach Ministry of Agriculture in Ethiopia location link
2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office.
3. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
4. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the application form to the relevant office.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the request and submit the receipt as a proof of payment.
7. After the document verification is done the authority will issue the license within 14 days.
8. The applicant is intimated to collect the license once it is ready by receiving SMS or E- mail.
