Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain approval of Aircraft Maintenance Organization, the applicant has to approach in Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority contact link
2. To discuss the application requirements and certification process a pre application meeting is arranged between applicant and the authority officer.
3. After discussion, the application form is provided to applicant by the respective officer.
4. Applicant has to enter all information that is mentioned under “Required Information” section of this page.
5. Make sure that you have all the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Submit the application form to the respective authority.
7. After submission, the provided certificate and the document are evaluated by the authorized officer.
8. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
9. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, the applicant can get their document within the stipulated processing period.
   

• Dully filled application form
• The applicant’s maintenance procedures manual in duplicate
• A list of the maintenance functions to be performed for it, under contract, by another AMO
• A list of all AMO certificates and ratings pertinent to those certificate issued by any contracting state other than Ethiopia.

Any person /organization wishing to operate an Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO) is eligible to make the application.

Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.

Valid for a period of 1 years.
