Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain an Air Service License, the applicant has to approach Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority contact link
2. Applicant has to get the respective form and fill the form with the required details. The form has to be attested with the applicant’s signature.
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Applicant must have both photocopies and originals of the required documents.
5. The applicant has to attach the necessary documents along with the application form while submitting.
6. After submitting the authority officers will review the application form.
7. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.
8. If the application is approved the applicant shall receive the licence within the stipulated processing period.

The validity for this license is about 12 months.
