Apply In Person

1. To Modify or Alter Trade Licence, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Trade and Industry link
2. The applicant has to get the form from the office to Modify or Alter Trade Licence or download the form by using this link
3. Make sure that the applicant has to give all the necessary documents (photocopies and originals) mentioned in “Required Documents” in the section of this page.
4. Applicant should attach the photocopies of the necessary documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting.
5. Submit the application form to the respective officer.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.
7. Upon the successful verification to modify the trade license, the license will be issued within 15 - 30days.

Sole/company/organization:

• Authorized address confirmation letter/authenticated address
• Bank confirmation/external/audit report for the changed amount of capital
• Authenticated minutes of charge.
