1. To Modify or Alter Commercial Registration Certificate, the applicant has to approach the Ethiopian Investment Commission link
2. The applicant has to get the application form for modify or alter Commercial Registration Certificate from the respective office.
3. The applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details which need to modify in the form.
4. Make sure that the applicant has to give the necessary all documents (photocopies and originals) mentioned in “Required Documents” in the section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach the photocopies of the necessary documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting.
6. Fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority request.
7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed by the applicant properly, then, the modified license will be issued within 15days.
