2. Applicant must make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all necessary documents for completing this procedure.
3. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” sect*ion of this page.
4. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting it at the office.
5. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
6. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the land search will be done within one week.
7. Applicant will be notified of the document availability via SMS.
8. Applicant can get their document by visiting the office after receiving the notification.
9. If there is no information regarding the document is provided within one week, the applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.
