Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for dog license is available in Ethiopian Veterinary Association contact link
2. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form before submitting it.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry photocopies and originals of all documents needed for this procedure to complete.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should make sure to attach photocopies of necessary documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, applicant can get their document within two weeks.
8. Applicant can get the license after getting notification from the concerned authority.
9. If the applicant is not notified about their license within two weeks, they can visit the office to know details of their application.
