Apply In Person

1. To Get Planning Consent for High Rise Building, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Urban Development, Housing and Construction link
2. The applicant has to get the application form from the respective office to get a planning consent permit.
3. Complete the application form with the necessary details in the form.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to submit the application form with the documents to the respective officer.
6. Officer do the investigation in the place to construct the high raise building.
7. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.
8. Once the verification process is done, the applicant gets the permit by visiting the office within the stipulated period of time.

• Fee for this procedure has to be paid, its depends on building plan and requirements.

• The building plan sanction is valid till the lifetime of the building.
