Apply In Person

1. To Get Land Authentication Letter, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Urban Development, Housing and Construction link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the respective officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application are not accepted)
4. Make sure the applicant has all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form.
6. Submit the application form to the respective officer.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as per the authority request.
8. After payment is done, the authority will inspect the land and issue the certificate within the stipulated period of time.
