1. Application for an Ordinary Residents Permit is available in the Main Department for Immigration and Nationality Affairs contact link
2. Applicant must enter all necessary information requested in the application form.
3. Documents that are needed for completing application procedure are listed under “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Applicant must carry both photocopies and originals of all those documents while applying for this procedure.
5. Attach photocopies of documents along with the application form (whichever is necessary).
6. Fee for this procedure is 100,000 Birr.
7. If all necessary information is provided along with the needed documents, applicant can get their permit within 14 days by visiting the office or via post.
