1. Application for a Real Estate Broker Certificate in Ethiopia is available in Ministry of Urban Development and Construction -Link
2. Applicant must enter all information that is requested in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry photocopies and originals of all necessary documents while applying for this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If the applicant provided all needed documents and information while applying, the certificate will be provided within a week.
8. If the application is rejected, applicant can reach out to the office to know the reason for rejection.
