Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain plant breeder right permit, applicant has to approach the Ministry of Agriculture in Ethiopia location link
2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective authority.
3. Applicant has to complete the application form with necessary details.
4. Male sure that the applicant should have the required documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the application form along with the documents to the concerned officer.
6. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
7. After verification process, authority will issue the permit to the applicant within the stipulated processing time.
