Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for diplomatic passport, applicant has to approach the Ministry of Foreign Affairs contact link1 or the applicant contact Immigration Nationality and Vital Event Agency in Ethiopia contact link2
2. Obtain the application form from the respective authority.
3. Complete the application form with necessary details.
4. Make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies along with the application form.
6. Submit the application form to the concerned officer.
7. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request and submit the receipt as a proof of payment.
8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. After verification process, the diplomatic passport will be ready for collection.
10. The applicant will be contacted through email or phone call the applicant must carry all the documents while collecting the diplomatic passport.

• Parents National ID cards copies or Death Certificate if deceased.
