Apply In Person

1. To apply for Trade Name Verification, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Trade and Industry link
2. The applicant has to get the form from the respective office to do the verification process or download the form from the given link
3. Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the form.
4. Make sure that the applicant has to give the necessary all documents (photocopies and originals) mentioned in “Required Documents” in the section of this page.
5. Submit the application form to the respective officer with the necessary documents.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.
7. Once process is done, the verified certificate given to the applicant within a processing period of time.
