Apply In-Person:

1. Application for getting a tea manufacturing licence in Ethiopia is available in Food, Medicine and Health Care Administration of Ethiopia contact link
2. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
3. Documents that are needed for this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Applicant should carry photocopies and originals of all the documents while applying for this procedure.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting the application form.
6. The fee for this procedure is 10,000 Birr.
7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, the license will be issued within 30 days.
8. If the license is not issued within a month, applicant can reach out to the office to know status of their application.
