Apply In Person

1. To Apply for Petroleum Licence or Permit, the applicant has to approach the MINISTRY OF MINES AND PETROLEUM link
2. Applicant has to collect the form from the office to get the license.
3. Applicant has to fill-in all the details in the form.
4. Make sure that the applicant has to give the necessary all documents (photocopies and originals) mentioned in “Required Documents” in the section of this page.
5. Submit the form and the needed documents to the respective officer.
6. After submitting the PPSA is sent to the ministry for approval.
7. Fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority request.
8. Once the process is completed, the PPSA will signed and the license is approval.
9. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed by the applicant properly, then, the permit will be issued to them within 50days.
10. If the applicant didn’t get the License within a month, then, they can reach out to the office for getting information on their application.
