Apply In Person

1. To Apply for New Competency Certification, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Trade and Industry link
2. An application from will be provided to the applicant by the respective officer.
3. Applicant has to fill in all necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted).
4. Make sure that the applicant has all the necessary documents (photocopies and originals) that are mentioned in “Required Documents” in the section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach the photocopies of the necessary documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit the application form to the respective officer. The authority will review the application.
7. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request and submit the receipt as a proof of payment.
8. Upon the successful verification, the New Competency Certification will be issued within 15 - 30days.

• Duly signed and filled application form.
• Copy of Professional license.
• Copy of work permit, resident id and Passport if the owner is foreign.
• Attach Tax Payers Identification Certificate.
• Authenticated Memorandum and Article of Association, if applicant is Association.
• Attach Authenticated Office Lease Agreement or Certificate of office ownership.
• Attach Employment Contract Document of Required Professional Employees.
• Attach 3X4 size Photograph of Owner or General Manager of Company.
• Payment receipt.
