1. To Apply for Issuance Planning Consent, the applicant has to approach The Federal Construction Projects Regulatory Authority of Ministry of Urban development and Construction link
2. An application from will be provided to the applicant by the respective officer.
3. Applicant has to fill in all necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted).
4. Make sure to have all the necessary documents (photocopies and originals) that are mentioned in “Required Documents” in the section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach the photocopies of the necessary documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit the application form to the respective officer. The authority will review the application.
7. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request and submit the receipt as a proof of payment.
8. Upon the successful verification, the planning consent will be issued within 15 business days.

• Planning consent is a formal permission from a local authority for the erection or alteration of buildings or similar development.

Planning consent are of two types

• Householder Planning Consent – Required for extensions, conservatories, loft conversions, dormer windows, garages and out buildings.
• Full Planning Consent – Required if you are planning on changing the number of dwellings on the site, or changing the use of a property.
