• Birth certificate (original and copy) (less than 6 months validity)
• Bank guarantee in the amount of $ 571.43 (original and copy)
• Deposit moral notarized and signed by both parents (original and copy)
• Proof of (original and copy) blood group
• Having passed the visual, theoretical and practical examinations at any school examiner authorized by the Deputy Minister of Transport.
