1. To renew your ID card, you will need to go to a DUI Processing Centre. A link is provided under 'Office Locations & Contacts' section which you can use to search for the nearest one.
2. Complete an application form and submit it together with other required documents.
3. Pay the renewal fee.

• Completed renewal form
• Proof of payment
• Supporting documents:
  • For applicants who are married: Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate
  • For divorced applicants: Birth Certificate and Divorce Certificate
  • Widows/widower: Birth Certificate and Death Certificate of the deceased spouse
  • Proof of blood type issued by a authorized laboratory
  • Proof of profession

Note: Certificates to be presented must not be issued for more than one year at the time of application.
