1.) Go to the nearest Registration Office in your area to get your car registered.

2.) Complete the registration form of the car allowing the transfer of it's ownership even if you won't obtain a new license yet or simply sign a contract allowing you to procure or resell the car. This will leave registration of full purchase contract to be carried out later before the expiration of the old license.

3.) Fees vary accordingly to the engine's cc, manufacturing date, whether the car is imported or a produce locally.
