Apply In-Person:

1. To Registration and Control of Pesticides in person, the applicant has to approach the Agricultural Pesticides Committee Contact link
2. Then, the applicant can get their application form for chemical disposal permit.
3. Read through the application form carefully as it contains different sections.
4. Make sure that they have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. A fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
6. Complete the application form with the required details and the information in the respective fields and sections.
7. Attest it with the applicant’s signature and attach the required documents with the completed application form.
8. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents to the APC office for verification and processing.
9. Once the verification and validation processes are over, the application will be approved, and the officials will proceed to take the required steps to issue the renewed license.
10. When the license is ready to be collected, the applicant will be notified by the office and the applicant can collect it by any applicable means.
11. Generally, the processing time for this procedure is 15 days.

• Any person who possesses registered Pesticides in Egypt, can apply for a renewal if its validity period is about to expire and he/she intends to extend the registration period.

• A fee for this procedure must be paid as per the authority’s request.

• License is valid for a period of 1 year and renewable thereafter.

• All required documents should be submitted in English and must be legibly printed and not handwritten.
• Where originals (documents) are in another language, copies should be presented together with certified English translations.
• To maintain the applicant’s license status, the facility shall be inspected annually to ensure that the facility remains in compliance with the license requirements.

• Every Pesticide Registration obtained from the APC must be renewed every time its validity period is over.
