Apply In-Person:

1. To renew air transport training institute, approach the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority.
2. The address and contact details of the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA) can be found in the following Contact link.
3. Visit the ECAA office with an application letter made in writing and duly signed by a person authorized by the applicant to request for renewal of the Air Transport License.
4. Obtain an application form for renewing an Air Transport License from the relevant department.
5. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. A fee has to be paid as per the authority's request.
7. Complete the form as required with relevant details under respective sections. After completing the application form, attach the required documents with the completed form.
8. Pay the required non-refundable processing fee to the Authority as stipulated and attach the receipt of payment with the application form.
9. Also, the applicant will be required to liaise with the Airport Service Providers and/ regarding approval of its home or operational base.
10. Then, proceed to submit the application package to the Director General at the office in person for further processes.
11. After submission, the completed form and corresponding documents will be put into further verification and validation processes.
12. Once all the processes are completed, the authorities will make the necessary steps for the renewed license issuance process.
13. The processing time for this procedure is 3 months.
