Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew a driver license, the applicant is required to approach the nearest traffic unit Contact link
2. Applicants must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
3. Applicants must enter all the information on the application form.
4. Applicants must make sure to carry all necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page. (Both photocopies and originals)
5. Please refer to the fee's details in the “Fees” section of this page.
6. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents to the respective office for verification and processing.
7. Present your driver license at the renewal desk where they will do the necessary verification and endorsement.
8. You would have to take the vision test and present the result of the vision test on the renewal desk.
9. If the applicant is successful with all the above mentioned, the applicant will be provided with a renewed driver license.
10. The processing time for this procedure is 5 days.
