Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain a vehicle data certificate, the applicant needs to approach the nearest traffic office.
2. The applicant must fill up the required data certification form.
3. If the applicant had already obtained a data certificate, the issuing traffic office should be notified that it had been used for licensing or any other purpose.
4. The applicant must submit this application form to the traffic office.
5. Once the application form is reviewed and processed the certificate will be issued to the applicant within the mentioned processing period.
6. The applicant must visit the traffic office to collect the same.
