Apply In-Person:

1. To Obtain Official Statements Extract of Building Real Estate in person, the applicant has to approach the Egyptian Real Estate Taxation Authority. Contact link
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
3. Applicant should read carefully in the application form, after all details must be filled in the application form.
4. The applicant has to make sure that he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the applicant form while submitting it at the office.
6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
7. The fees and charges the government receives for its services.
8. This application will be processed and information will be verified by the authority.
9. The applicant submits the authenticated contract to the main office of the Real Estate Registry for final approval. Once the Registry has granted its approval, a registration number is issued and the contract is marked as transcribed for transmission. The buyer receives a copy of the registered contract and the registration process is complete.
10. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents at the respective office for verification and processing.
11. If all information is verified, Then the authority will be issued Official Statements Extract of Building Real Estate.
12. The Processing time for this procedure is 1 week.
