Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain my NSSF Statement in person, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Social Solidarity Department.

3. Applicant must obtain the application form from the Ministry of Social Solidarity Department.
4. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
5. Applicant must make sure to carry all necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page. (Both photocopies and originals)
6. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
7. The duly filled form must be attached with the supporting documents and submitted to theMinistry of Social Solidarity.
8. There is no fee for this procedure. However, a minimum amount is required for activation of the card.
9. The NSSF officer will assess the information and generate your NSSF contribution statement. This application attracts no charge and you will be issued with your NSSF contribution statement immediately within 72 hours.
10. Applicant can collect their document by visiting the office after 72 hours or after getting a confirmation email or SMS from concerned authorities.
11. If there is no information related to fund is provided to the applicant within a week, they can visit the office to know status of their application.

• The statement will help that the applicants know the total amount of his/her NSSF contribution.

• The Act was established as a mandatory national scheme whose main objective was to provide basic financial security benefits to Egyptian upon retirement. The Fund was set up as a Provident Fund providing benefits in the form of a lump sum.

Please explain what are other uses of obtaining this document/certificate.
e.g. Birth Certificate can be used as proof of identity.
