Apply In-Person:

1. To Obtain Milk Carriage Permitis done in person by visiting the Egypt Ministry of Health.
2. Information related to the respective office and License authority can be obtained from the “Office locations and contacts” section of this page.
3. Visit the office and obtain an application form for a Milk Bar License as applicable to your class of license from the relevant department.
4. Also, make sure that the applicant has all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
5. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
6. Complete the application form with appropriate details and required information as asked with respect to your license requirement.
7. After that, attach all the required documents with the application form and submit them to the Secretary of the Board.
8. Pay the required amount of fees as directed. Then, the officials will proceed to perform the internal processes with respect to the applicant’s request.
9. Initially, the attached documents and application form will be checked for sufficiency and appropriateness.
10. If found sufficient, further necessary tasks will be accomplished by the concerned officials for the issuance of license.
11. Once all the tasks and processes are over, applicant will be intimated to collect the license through email or phone number.
12. The processing time is 14 days.
