Apply In-Person:

1. To Obtain Clinical Officer Private Practice Licence in person, the applicant has to approach the Egyptian Nursing Journal.

3. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
4. Documents that are needed for this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
6. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents at the respective office.
7. Submit the payment receipt to the respective offices for processing of the licensing application process to begin.
8. At this point the respective officers will go through the application documents to determine their authenticity and if they meet the requirements.
9. Upon completion of licensing process, the authority officers will contact the applicant to collect their Clinical Officer Private Practice Licencein person.
10. The whole process is usually completed after a period of five days.
11. The applicant will be required to produce proof of identity when collecting the Clinical OfficerPrivate Practice Licence.

• A clinical officer who has rendered flawless medical or dental services in the service of the Government or in the service of any organization or institution approved by the Council, for a period of not less than ten years.

• EGP. 9,500 –  Diploma ( Registration and license fee)

• The validity period is one year.

• A clinical officer should not engage in private practice unless he/she has been issued with a valid private practice license by the Clinical Officer Council.
