Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Land Amalgamation (Combine Land Under One Title) in person, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Contact link
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
3. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
4. The applicant has to make sure he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
5. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
6. An appropriate fee is to be paid and the receipt should be attached to the planning brief and submitted to the planning committee of the county government.
7. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents at the respective office for verification and processing.
8. This application will be processed and information will be verified by the MOA.
9. If the verification is successful, the notification will be sent to the applicant.
10. After getting the notification from concerned authorities, applicant can visit the office to collect their document.
11. If there is no information regarding the application, then, the applicant can visit the office to know status of the application.
12. The processing time for this procedure is one week.
