Apply In-Person:

1. To pay your telephone bill in person the applicant must contact the Telecom Egypt Contact link
2. The telephone bill will be delivered to your home.
3. The amount should be paid right there to the person.
4. In case the applicant doesn’t receive the telephone bill, they should approach the nearest Telecom Egypt.
5. The applicant should ask for the amount payable and pay the amount.
6. The authorities will give the applicant the receipt.
   

Apply Online:

1. To pay your telephone bill online, navigate to the Link
2. Enter your Area Code and mobile number, click on ‘Show Bills’.
3. Choose the appropriate service to pay the telephone bill.
4. Enter the amount to be payable and submit the telephone Bill.

The bill is valid for 1 month.

• Payment is supposed to be made within a month from the billing date.
• Payment made 2-3 months after the due date can be subject to penalty
• Failure to pay after a period of four months from the due date will result in disconnection until payment
• If the bill remains unpaid for 7 months, it will get disconnected permanently

This provides information on how to pay telephone bills. It is necessary to pay the bill on time.

The Egyptian Government contracted Telecom Egypt as the company that operates and offers both domestic / international (land line) telephony in Egypt. The company is responsible for delivering the bills free of charge at home, but be forewarned! However the bills don’t land up very often. The billing system is different for international and domestic bills.
