Apply In-Person:

1. To Get License or Permit for Salt, the applicant has to approach the Egypt Ministry of Health Contact link
2. Information related to the respective office and License authority can be obtained from the “Office locations and contacts” section of this page.
3. Application forms should be obtained from the respective office.
4. The application should be addressed to the Trade Administration office in Egypt.
5. Also, make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page. Please pay as the authority’s advice at the time of applying.
7. Attach all the required documents with the application letter and then submit it to the authority in Lagos or any nearest office.
8. On receipt of the application, the applicant will be issued with an acknowledgment receipt by the office.
9. In the meantime, the applicant can also check with the office regarding the status of the application.
10. After submission, the application and accompanying documents are subsequently reviewed and verified.
11. Upon satisfactory assessment of the application, the agency proceeds to process the permit.
12. When the document is ready to be collected, the applicant will receive a formal notification from the office and the applicant can collect it by any applicable means.
13. Then, the applicant can visit the office and collect the permit/license.
