Apply In-Person:

1. To Get a License or Permit for Natural Silk, the applicant has to approach the registered Ministry of Trade and Industry Contact link
2. Obtain the application form from the respective officer.
3. Read carefully through the application form as there contain different section.
4. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents with the completed application form.
5. Refer to the “Required Documents” section of this procedure to learn more about the required documents.
6. A fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority's request.
7. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the authority. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
8. where the application is submitted by an attorney, an authenticated power of attorney and photocopies of the attorney's identification card or passport, and documents prescribed.
9. This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.
10. Once the verification and validation processes are over, the application will be approved and the officials will proceed to take the required steps to issue the permit.
11. When the document is ready to be collected, the applicant will receive a formal notification from the office and the applicant can collect it by any applicable means.
12. The processing time for this procedure is 1 month.

• Proof of availability of business premises (written undertaking lease in lieu of agreement or title deed).
