Apply In-Person:

1. To Get Delivery of Natural Gas to Commercial Activities, the applicant must approach the Ministry of petroleum and mineral resources Authority Contact link
2. Applicants can obtain the required application form from the petroleum Authority.
3. Applicant must provide all the necessary information in the application form.
4. Documents that are needed for this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. An applicant should submit a signed application letter addressed to the Executive Secretary of the Commission.
6. Applicants should provide two (2) hard copies and one soft copy of the following exhibits as separate Exhibit, clearly labeled and all pages sequentially numbered and initialed.
7. Applicant should fill and submit one original application form signed by a Principal Officer (Application form A), Including a signed declaration/disclosure statement by each Director/Principal Shareholder of the company relating to any liabilities or investigations affecting their suitability as a Director/Shareholder of a licensed company.
8. Applicants should attach receipt confirming the payment of the prescribed license application fee and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
9. Applicants provide approved documentation of proof of title to land, or leases and assignments, and zoning permit from relevant authority including the siting permit from the Commission.
10. The submitted details will be verified by respective receiving authority. If all the details and documents are in place, application will be accepted.
11. Applicant will get a receipt as acknowledgment for the submission of application.
12. This application will be processed by the respective department.
13. Applicant gets notification about the issuance.
14. After getting the notification from concerned authorities, applicant can visit the office to collect their applicable means.
15. The processing time for this procedure takes 3 weeks.

• Original power of attorney in favor of the signatory to commit the applicant

• Certificate to Commence Business
• Provide an Environmental Permit or Permanent Environmental Certificate.
• Provide detailed timelines for the specific activities that must be performed to produce the various project deliverable.
• Provide copies of construction procedures of the LNG facility.
• Copies of the applicant's financial arrangements to conduct electricity business as a business activity (e.g. guarantees, bank commitments, contractual arrangements, credit agreements, etc.).
• Two years of forecaster financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement)
• Fire Certificate
• Evidence that the applicant has the capacity to comply with the license conditions, codes and guidelines relevant to its application
• Passport size picture (write his/her name and phone number behind picture)
• Original copy of pay-in slip to the form
• Proof of identity (citizen card/ driving license/ passport /if any)
