Apply In-Person:

1. To Cancel Shipping Agency License or Permit, the applicant has to approach the Egyptian Authority for Maritime Safety (EAFMS). contact link
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
3. Applicant must provide all the necessary information in the application form.
4. The applicant has to make sure that he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the applicant form while submitting it at the office.
6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
7. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents at the respective office.
8. On completion of this process, EAFMS will cancel to the applicant a license.
9. The processing time for this procedure takes 1-3 months.
