Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a diplomatic visa in Egypt approach the embassy of Egypt.
2. Download the application form from the link Link
3. Duly fill the form along with the required documents.
4. Refer the “Required documents” section and make sure you have them ready to submit along with the application form.
5. The applications should be sent directly to the Embassy with a diplomatic note through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
6. After processing the document, the applicant will receive a call to collect the diplomatic visa.

Note: The applicant is advised to apply for the visa well before the date of travel as there is no assurance of the visa date approval. So the purchase of non refundable ticket is not advised to be made until a visa has been issued and you are in receipt of the passport.

• Fully completed and signed visa application form with one photo stapled to the form and ONE copy of the completed application form with photo
• TWO 2″ x 2″, recent high definition personal passport photos on white background (photo must be no more than 6 months old)
• Actual Passport plus TWO copies of the information page (still valid for at least 6 months) and has an empty Visa page
• Proof of departure: TWO copies of diplomatic notes stating detailed purpose and dates of travel
• Diplomat letter or note
