Apply Online

1. To apply for Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall register on the Central Administration of Plant Quarantine (CAPQ) portal.
2. To register on CAPQ Portal, please click on the following link: Link
3. On the given link, select your user type, fill up your details and click on “save”
4. After registering your account, come back to the login page. Fill up your credentials and click on “login”
5. Once login, fill up your consignment details and proceed.
6. Once your application is processed, the concern department will schedule an inspection.
7. The inspector inspects the shipment destined for export.
8. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the Phytosanitary Certificate is issued.
