Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for original land title, approach the directorate of land registrar office at the ministry of Housing and Urban Development or visit any of their branch country wide.
2. Fill up the required application form with appropriate details.
3. Make sure you have the knowledge of the plot and the block number for the land in question.
4. Refer to the “Required Information” section of this procedure to learn more about the details.
5. Pay the fees LE50 at any bank of your choice in Egypt require for you to obtain your land titles.
6. Submit the application form along with the required documents and fee receipt to the ministry of Housing and Urban Development or visit any of their branch country wide.
7. Once your application and documents are reviewed and approved by the responsible officer, you will then be asked to pick your original land title within the processing period.

Anyone who owns original land can apply for a land titles.

The fee required is LE50.

The validity is for lifetime.
