Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for new replacement national ID card, the applicant must approach the Ministry of Interior affairs and fill up the application form.
2. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
3. Refer to the “Required Documents” section of this procedure for more.
4. Once the application is processed the card will be issued to the applicant with the required processing period.
   

• Form to obtain the national ID card
• Identification card (personal / family) or passport to prove the citizen's personality
• A photocopy of a birth certificate, if any
• A copy of a document marriage or family card for the pair (for wives only)
• Adoption of the profession from the union for the owners of competent professionals union
• Provide a letter of insurance for workers in the private sector
• Attach a photocopy of the commercial registration certificate in force, and after seeing the original (for business owners)
• Attach a photocopy of the academic qualification (after seeing the original) in the case of proving Academic Qualifications
  

REPLACEMENT (lost, damaged, change of details) same

• Form to obtain a national ID card indicating the reason for replacement
• Evidence for change of data.
