Apply In Person:

1. To Apply for Exceptional Pensions in person, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
2. Address and contact details of the offices can be found in the following contact link
3. The applicant has to visit the office and obtain an application form for Exceptional Pensions from the relevant department.
4. Make sure that all the documents in the “Required Documents” section of this page are available.
5. No fees associate with the service.
6. Complete the application with respect to the requirement by providing the necessary details and information.
7. Complete the application as per convenience, attest it with signature and attach the required documents with the application form.
8. Then, submit the application package to the relevant authority at the respective Service office.
9. The application process is free and the applicant need not pay anything to apply for the Exceptional Pensions.
10. Upon receipt of the application and all the required information, the Department will proceed to review and assess the submitted information.
11. On completion of the review, the Service office will call the applicant to inform the decision made.

• Original a medical certificate of incapacity (for any request for early retirement)
