1. To obtain a duplicate vehicle plate applicants will need to submit an application to the local transport agency.
2. Your application must be submitted together with these following documents:
   1. original and copy of the identity card of the owner of the vehicle or legal representative in the case of a legal person
   2. original and copy of the vehicle's certificate of registration
   3. damaged plates
   4. letter of authorization, for vehicles owned by legal entities
   5. special power of attorney, in the case of processing by third-party
3. Wait for the advice from the officer about when can you come back to collect your plate/s.

A duplicate vehicle plate may be issued in the event of partial or total deterioration of one or both vehicle identification plates.
