1. Write a letter addressed to the Registrar of Companies requesting registration of Business Name. You may use the Business Name Application Letter sample provided as a guide.
2. You will also need to submit Statement of Particulars and Statutory Declaration in duplicate on deed paper.
3. Submit the forms and pay the registration fee.
